Current Third Party Products Available:

The products
described in the "MapleConnect Third-Party Products" section
were not created by Maplesoft. These products were created
through the MapleConnect developer program by third-party
developers and companies. The MapleConnect program helps
developers to commercialize their intellectual property
and sell the resulting products through the Maplesoft Web
site and Web Store. The developer, not Maplesoft, is responsible
for the products content and quality.

Technical
Support

Technical
Support is provided by the developer or company who created
the product. The minimum support offered for each product
offered on this site is 30-day installation support. Every
product will also include, or have available as an option
at the time of purchase, one year of technical support
services via email.
If an offering is listed with "Standard" technical support, this
means the product includes installation support plus one year of email-based
support. Additional types of support may be included for individual products.
The support terms are defined in each products description.
Each product contains an email contact for technical support questions.

Sales
|
MapleConnect products can be purchased as downloads from the Maplesoft
Web Store. Please note that for these purchases, customer contact
information will be provided to the third party product developer in order
for them to fulfill their support and service obligations to the user.
All third-party products sold through the Maplesoft Web Store can be returned
for a full refund for a period of 15 days from purchase. See the Refund
Policy for details.
